Joy Mateer is the absolute worst QB I’ve ever seen don an Oklahoma jersey. That’s includes Jackson Arnold, Rhett Bomar, Trevor Knight, David Beville, General Booty, Nate Hybl (really wasn’t that bad), Brandon Daniels, and whomever else sucked since I can remember.
