Help your kids memorize anything.
Memorization can be especially difficult for non-readers. I discovered three amazing tools that I use to help my kids memorize.🧵 #parenting #education #learning #nonreaders

Maine homeschool parents, we need your help!
We're building NERV, a private online space where homeschool families and trusted academies can share lessons, worksheets, videos and learning games for kids and teens.
It's still an early test version, and we want honest feedback from real homeschool families before we go any further.
You can try it right now in DEMO MODE, just message me and I'll send you the link.
How it works:
• No sign-up, no email, no password. The sign-in boxes are already filled in for you, so just click to go in.
• Pick how you want to look around: as a Parent, an Academy (teacher or co-op), a younger kid in Kids' Corner, or a teen in the Teen Hub.
• For the kid and teen logins, the PIN is 1234.
• Every name, family and message inside is made up for testing.
• Nothing you do is shared with anyone. It only saves in your own browser, and you can reset it anytime.
Please keep in mind: this is a prototype. Some things are rough, some are pretend, and that's exactly why we need you.
We're testing and improving every week.
After you poke around, tell us:
What did you like?
What was confusing?
What would make homeschooling easier for YOUR family?
Your answers will shape what NERV becomes. Thank you for helping us build something for your kids!
(NERV is an independent project. It is not connected to any school district or the Maine department of education.)

Honestly, upon looking further at the new @dailygreek @doseofhebrew apps, it would be unfortunate if you did not go check out all of the free materials that they have on their website for students of the Bible.
Free teaching materials, audio Bibles and biblical texts all freely available to listen to, watch, and enjoy.
One of the coolest parts is that they have a manuscript section Beta that they are working on. As they add more manuscripts to that section, it will be an increasingly great source of information for the public.
Check it out below and go financially support their work as all of their materials are free to access and use. Seriously generous!

"Book of Proof" by Richard Hammack is a completely free textbook first published in 2009 that has become something of a modern classic for learning how to read, understand, and construct mathematical proofs.
With nearly 400 pages, the book covers sets, logic, counting, direct proofs, proof by contrapositive and contradiction, mathematical induction, relations, functions, proofs in calculus, and the cardinality of sets, with plenty of exercises and solutions.
It is especially suitable for students in their first years of university who want to become familiar with formal mathematical reasoning and rigorous proofs, and this is one of those books I strongly recommend keeping in your personal mathematics library, especially since it is freely available online.
