This is a great way to mark Earth Hour and explore conservation with our children. The Lyfta Live sessions are always well received across our schools and we are sure this will be no different.
🌱 How can a real human story inspire conservation action? 🌏
Education is a powerful tool for change, and this live, interactive #LyftaLive session is designed to spark curiosity, empathy, and action among students.
To mark #InternationalDayOfForests and #EarthHour, we invite educators to join us on 25th or 26th of March, with their class, for a free 45-minute virtual journey into the heart of Assam, India. Through the immersive storyworld Guardians of the Canopy, students will:
🌿 Discover the importance of biodiversity by exploring the lives of the endangered hoolock gibbons.
🗣️ Engage in live discussions about conservation, the environmental impact of cash crops, and fair trade.
💡 Reflect on their role in protecting nature and consider practical steps to reduce their environmental footprint.
This is more than just a lesson—it’s an opportunity to connect students to real-world challenges, empower them with knowledge, and inspire them to be part of the solution.
📅 Join us and be part of the conversation!
