Guilherme last night:
🤘 Became the first Dynamo player in team history to record 3 goal contributions in a half multiple times in a single season
🤘 Has now contributed to 25 of Houston’s 39 goals this season (64.1%)
🤘 The 2nd Brazilian player in MLS history to record at least 25 goal contributions in their debut season
Bond committed the foul in the box, fair enough.......One problem...The San Diego striker was offside before the foul.

Sly fox.
Comes deep out of midfield on a jog to then produce this beautiful finish.

Ok. This would be a good move. We get to try him out for a season. If he puts up DP numbers - Great. Make him a DP. If he doesn't - Send him back to England, no harm, no foul. Especially in MLS, these types of moves are brilliant when you can do them.
🇿🇦🟠 BREAKING: Houston Dynamo finalizing a deal to sign South Africa int'l forward Lyle Foster from Burnley on loan, per sources.
- Loan until summer
- $7m purchase option
Foster, turning 26 tomorrow, has 10 goals in 28 caps for South Africa

If @HoustonDynamo lands Balde tomorrow, he will not ever be a threat to win the golden boot. I still believe it could be a good signing. His profile at the 9 is meant to unlock Gui and Mati. He should obviously bag several more than Zeke, but he will bully CB's so others thrive.

Dynamo / San Jose 0-0
*Conservative approach at home-not for me
I want these two hours back.
* Dynamo don't produce a single shot on goal.
* Final third full of unforced passing errors.
* San Jose not dangerous in attack.
* Lawrence Ennali most dangerous Dynamo .
* man of the match Jonathan Bond gk
I'm not surprised. It does hurt a little bit, though. Modern football is so weird. It's not always clear why a situation doesn't work out for a player. I love how Lingr runs himself ragged for the team. I feel like he couldn't gotten more minutes to this point.
🚨 Ondrej Lingr (Houston Dynamo) krok od Korony Kielce. 27-latek trafi do Ekstraklasy na zasadzie transferu definitywnego. Korona płaci za niego ok. milion euro z bonusami.
Czech załatwia ostatnie sprawy w USA i w środę przylatuje do Europy. W tym tygodniu powinien podpisać kontrakt w Kielcach.
Kolejny ciekawy ruch Korony. O zainteresowaniu pierwszy pisał dziś @UEFAComPiotrK

🏒 Houston could be one step closer to becoming an NHL city.
Houston and Austin have emerged as leading candidates for the league’s 33rd franchise. Harris County officials say Houston’s financing options, sports infrastructure and possible temporary arena give it an edge.

Houston is getting its NHL team. 👀🏒
Deputy commissioner Bill Daly says the NHL has agreed on the framework of a transaction with the Friedkin ownership group for a 33rd franchise in Texas, with Houston currently the priority over Austin.
The timeline is the part that really stands out.
The league hopes to have definitive agreements in place as early as December 2026, and Daly says the new franchise could begin playing in the 2029-30 season.
This isn’t officially Houston’s team yet. The NHL still has to finish the process and receive final approval, and Austin remains an alternative.
But this is much further along than the usual expansion chatter.
Gary Bettman previously said the Friedkin family’s Texas project could represent roughly a $3.5 BILLION investment, including the expansion fee and construction of a new arena.
Texas already has the Dallas Stars. By 2029, it could have two NHL teams.
Houston in the NHL, are you in or out? 👀

There are 28 other teams in MLS besides Atlanta and Chicago. #impartial Houston just won their 5th in a row, all clean sheets. Why don’t you ever talk about them??
