Sweden’s Ellen Benediktson has teamed up with some of Melodifestivalen’s most successful songwriters (as well as Maja Ivarsson from The Sounds) for a song that exudes those three words they’ve heard so many times – ‘direkt till finalen’!

A whole new turbo-charged tune from our Norwegian heroine of hyper-pop – Julie Bergan. She’s out with the enjoyable relentless ‘Get It Together’.

In the latest episode of Så Mycket Bättre, Alcazar’s Andreas Lundstedt takes on Arja Saijonmaa’s ‘Högt Över Havet’. Looking to his new life in Greece for inspiration, he gives the ’80s schlager anthem a banging, plate-smashing Greek pop production.

Several fine songs were released this weekend (incl. Daniel Oliver, yes!) and yet, here I am at 7 a.m. dancing to Papaya Coconut.
I have been hammering this playlist all week for some reason. Probably inspired by Arja Saijonmaa's return to television.

Justice for Renaida
She needs to come back to Melodifestivalen 🙏
‘Dancing With My Life’ is Swedish artist Renaida's first single in over three years and it's a joy to have her back and sounding this great.
