this is disappointing. for starters, New York law is flawed. secondly, it is not uncommon for victims of sexual abuse to omit or downplay details of their story in the first recant.

OH? This is going to have massive repercussions. Music is probably one of the clearest examples of what happens when you judge education by immediate earning potential. You can look at someone’s paycheck, but that doesn’t tell you the full story of what music programs produce: composers, producers, educators, engineers, archivists, performers, and all the people who help build and preserve an entire culture.
