The ones who FABRICATED a LIE about the Minister's husband's nationality. It is a lie that he is Congolese. But the bigots fabricated that for a purpose. Those are the bigots. Another feature of disinformation- when the lie is exposed, don't acknowledge and correct it but shift the goalpost and blur the topic.
