No, we don’t do RFPs.
Not because we don’t believe in partnership.
Because we do.
Modern comms deserves modern agency-client relationships.

Edward Hu, Mercor's Head of AI Modelling, on why agent swarms trade compute for speed:
"Multi-agent training is usually less efficient when it comes to compute."
He cites roughly four times the compute for twice the speed in the literature.
Parallel work makes sense for searching a codebase or the internet.
For professional work, the task can stay the same. The harness needs to let an agent define subtasks, launch sub-agents to find information, and combine what they find. The infrastructure must support that concurrency.

“If you're training AI to do what people have spent years and years perfecting in their careers… aren't you necessarily endangering human work?” 60 Minutes’ Jon Wertheim asks Brendan Foody, CEO of AI training startup Mercor.
“I think that you're changing human work,” Foody says. “It might not necessarily be that repetitive task that people have done in the past, but there are still so many other things that people could be able to do. And so I think that evolution is natural.” cbsn.ws/4ylJGwV
