I know everyone thinks their school is cursed, but I swear NC State sports truly is cursed. They absolutely, positively cannot have nice things.

It was an honor to have Acting Secretary of Labor @Sonderling47 join us for the 2026 North Texas Job Fair today. We were glad to have him here to witness the Texas miracle!
Through the Working Families Tax Cuts, House Republicans and the Trump administration have delivered real relief for hardworking families and created new opportunities with pro-growth tax reform. It was great to see those efforts put into action here in North Texas with 670 employers hiring for over 68,000 positions.

Yesterday, House Creators Caucus co-chairs @RepBethVanDuyne & @RepYvetteClarke hosted the Creator Economy Showcase, giving @youtubecreators a chance to talk with policymakers about their businesses and how they can champion the creator economy. These conversations are key to ensuring future policies support the small businesses and independent workers who power the creator economy.
As Co-Chair and Co-Founder of the Congressional Creators Caucus, I had the honor of hosting the first-ever Creator Row on Capitol Hill — bringing together 30+ creators, 8 platforms, and a university to meet with my colleagues and their staff about what the creator economy is and why it matters.
One thing I always say: there are creators in every single congressional district. That means every one of my colleagues has a reason to pay attention to what creators are building.
More to come. Stay tuned.

Jim Valvano taught us to enjoy life and to cherish every moment.
As we continue this journey, we’re reminded that the Stanley Cup Final is about more than hockey. It’s about people, purpose, sacrifice, and appreciating the moments that bring us together.
