This way of life is vaporous. It is transactional on every level, there is 0 warmth and every aspect of it is manufactured, hollow, empty.
To aspire toward this is to be a fish aspiring towards filling one’s belly with a lure.
Do not fall into the trap.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu:
I condemn in the strongest possible terms the horrific terrorist attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which claimed the lives of 12 innocent people and injured hundreds more.
On behalf of the people of Israel, I extend our deepest condolences to the families of those murdered and our wishes for a full recovery to the injured.
Terrorism targets innocent people and seeks to spread fear and instability. It must be confronted with resolve.
Israel looks forward to a strong Middle East—one that stands united against threats, protects its people, and builds a future of security, cooperation, and prosperity for all the peoples of our region.

early days ofc but some stats from last 7D of @fffactoryhq now that multi-pool + internal arb is live:
$121k trading volume
$60k of that was our own internal arb bot
liquidity growth rate at ~10% annualized
actual yield at ~4.2% APR (paid out in SOL)
~0.3% of total MOTION supply removed from circulation.
none of these numbers scream 'holy fuck', until you realize that they are scaleable (if not even better) at ridiculous levels of TVL
an asset where its value increases faster than the risk free rate, pays a yield, is continually deflating in supply, is continually being backed by ever deepening liquidity AND gives you exposure to multiple different asset classes?
maybe i'm biased but that's a damn good candidate for a store of value

I haven’t really spoken about @fffactoryhq before, but I’ve been in since launch back in March and it’s currently my biggest bag.
Just dropped an article breaking down Factory, the new V2 update, and why I’m so bullish on it.
A few quick facts:
→ Colosseum Frontier winner
→ Colosseum Accelerator Cohort 5
→ ~$650k TVL at just ~$1.9M mcap
Right now, you can only buy through the protocol itself, but Jupiter integration is underway and should change that soon.
Strongly recommend giving this one a read.
Very bullish on what they’re building.

$25k volume through @fffactoryhq in the last 24hrs.
$9.5k of that was from our internal arbitrage system.
Out of that $10k, the system made ~$380 in profit which was added back into the pools as double sided liquidity (we could also use it for buyback/burns if we wanted).
If you aim to run LPs against multiple different quote assets at any real level of depth/volume then the ability to capture the spreads between them and retain that leakage is essential.

Closing in on ~80% of circulating $PROFIT staked.
Extremely proud of this specific metric because it's an indicator of how many people support and believe in the crazy concepts behind @fffactoryhq.
Each and every one of you is a fucking legend.
Great write up on @fffactoryhq here
Have been a supporter of them since day 1 and they haven’t stopped working to make this one of the best projects on the market
I love obscure tech plays as typically they’re slow, then all at once become consensus
I expect the same here

Just wrote a thesis about @fffactoryhq to share with friends, but why gatekeep it in dms right 😉
Here is a TLDR on why I am turbo bullish on The Factory (Colosseum Hackathon winners):
The Factory has basically built a self-sustaining volatility harvesting machine.
It owns liquidity pools for its tokens against SOL, HYPE, USDC and soon ZEC, tokenized stocks and other assets.
It already has ~$615k of liquidity at only a ~$1.75m market cap, which is an unusually deep liquidity-to-market-cap ratio for an asset this small.
The main token, PROFIT (soon to be renamed MOTION), is paired across these different assets. This is important because the Factory isn't relying purely on outside volatility. The combination of external price movements, the protocol's flipping taxes and price spreads between its own pools creates even more opportunities for arbitrage.
Whenever those assets move against each other, prices across Factory pools fall out of sync. The Factory's own arbitrage bot captures that difference and sends the profit back into the ecosystem through:
→ Deeper liquidity
→ Buybacks + burns
Here's the crazy part:
There can be ZERO trading of the Factory ecosystem tokens and the system can still create value.
HYPE moves against SOL? Factory profits.
ZEC moves? Factory profits.
Stocks move against crypto? Factory profits.
The outside market creates the volatility. The Factory harvests it. The markets will NEVER run out of volatility, I'd even argue that volatility in global markets is growing.
It's basically the opposite economic dependency of a Ponzi. A Ponzi requires a continuous stream of new participants and eventually collapses when they stop arriving. The Factory's Perpetual Motion mechanism doesn't require new participants to generate arbitrage opportunities. External markets moving is enough.
So the flywheel becomes:
Markets move → Factory arbs → profit → deeper liquidity / burns → larger pools → greater capacity to capture future volatility → repeat.
And it's still early V2. More pools, more assets, and more convenient routing options are coming.
So TLDR:
The Factory creates it's own value forever, which makes it an interesting asset to buy. The arbitrage revenue flows back into the protocol through both deflating the supply and increasing the liquidity, while the trading revenue flows to carnage (more deflation) and staking rewards.
AKA a token designed to go up in price over time, while you get paid to hold it.

A note from the @fffactoryhq V2 roll out.
This is the first time (I think) where the arbitrage bot triggered due to external price movements (HYPE losing price against SOL) rather than the times it triggered this morning which was due to testing (I seeded the pools at the wrong prices in USD terms to trigger the bot intentionally) + trading volume.
Hype dropped in price against SOL (only a small amount, like ~0.3%) and this threw the pools out of sync. The arb bot immediately corrected this and profited roughly $1.10 total which went back into the liquidity pools.
Yes this is a tiny amount in $ terms because it was a tiny move in % terms - but that's not the point. The point is that nothing internally had to happen for this to work.
Markets never stop moving and so we won't ever stop profiting from them. It's also worth noting that this scales with TVL. The bigger our pools, the bigger the arbs.
One other thing of note in regards to the size of the arb profit is that volatility harvesting doesn't scale linearly.
That 0.3% move netted ~$1.10 in profit.
A 3% move (10x) would net ~$20 in profit (18x).
A 10% move (33x) would net $145 in profit (130x).
This will matter a lot when we start opening pools for lower cap/more volatile tokens.

V2 of The Fantastical Finance Factory has begun to rollout.
It's taken some tinkering.. but Perpetual Motion has been achieved! V2 of The Factory has begun to roll out.
TLDR:
- We are now multi-pool. New pools quoted against HYPE and USDC are live, with more coming soon.
- Internal arbitrage is running. The protocol now arbitrages its own pools and accrues the profits back into the pools.
