@claudeai I'm getting 401 errors in Claude Mac app. I upgraded to Claude 1.1062.0 (b81bcd), I've started getting this error ever since. I tried logout + login, still facing the same issue.

"No thanks, I use AI." Funny. Until it becomes real. We’re slowly outsourcing thinking, not just tasks. First, it was calculators. Then Google. Now… reasoning itself. AI is powerful. No doubt. But the real edge won’t be using AI. It’ll be knowing when not to.

I think we've come a long way... Every Claude update by Anthropic is just 🤯

I thought I was getting better at using Claude. Turns out, Claude was just getting better at guessing. I was “vibe coding” daily, but doing it wrong. The unlock wasn’t better prompts. It was structuring the .claude/ folder. 🧵

A 9B model just matched a 120B one. 13x smaller. Same score. The moat was never size. It was always architecture. We're watching the cost of intelligence collapse in real time.

GPT-5.4 seems to be better than most others I've used. Maybe the best model today?

Do we all agree that this is mostly the state of vibe coding today? "As long as it works and vibes, keep going..."

If roads went underground cheaply, surface cities could be redesigned entirely.

I fixed "MVP" for 2026. It’s not Minimum Viable Product anymore. It’s a Minimum Vibe-coded Product. For the last decade, MVP meant: Build the smallest thing that works. Now? Design tools generate interfaces. AI writes code. Agents spin up workflows in minutes. The bottleneck is no longer building. In 2026, speed is assumed. What matters is: → Does it feel intuitive? → Does it solve a real pain? → Does it resonate instantly? → Does it deserve to exist? Minimum Vibe-coded Product doesn’t mean sloppy. It means: → Ship fast. → Sense feedback. → Refine relentlessly.
