Israeli airstrike damages MSF bus in Gaza City, injuring staff member

An Israeli airstrike on a targeted vehicle two meters from a Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) bus in Gaza City damaged the humanitarian organization’s vehicle and injured one of its staff members on Sunday, MSF said.
The bus was carrying 10 humanitarian workers and was clearly marked as an MSF vehicle, with a large MSF sticker visible on its roof. MSF said the incident demonstrated “a blatant disregard” by Israeli occupation forces for the safety of humanitarian and medical personnel.
The organization called for civilians, healthcare workers and humanitarian staff to be protected, stressing that clearly marked medical and humanitarian vehicles must be spared from Israeli attacks amid Israel’s ongoing genocide in Gaza.
