PTR changes usually show within an hour or two, but resolvers can keep the old value until its TTL runs out (often up to 24h). Check the source directly: dig -x YOUR.IP +trace. If the authoritative answer is still old after a few hours, the change didn't apply on their side.

Same here. What made it trustworthy for us: the agent loads the pages that earn money (home, checkout, contact) before and after each update, and puts the old version back on its own if one broke. Without that step, one sentence can quietly take a shop down.

Locks usually move faster by ticket than email. Ask Live Chat to open a ticket to the Risk/Verification team and say exactly which documents they need (often ID and proof of billing address), then answer on that ticket. A lock usually doesn't stop DNS, so sites may stay up.

WordPress half does it already: it makes smaller copies of every upload and scales anything over 2560px. What defeats it is a theme or builder block set to "Full size", or a photo saved as PNG. Those two are most of the 5MB hero images we see.
Sarcio is now in the WordPress.org plugin directory.Ask for a change to your WordPress site in plain words. See it on a private preview of your own pages, apply it when it looks right, and undo it any time.Plugins → Add New → search "Sarcio".wordpress.org/plugins/sarcio

If a second browser fails too, it's likely on their side or your connection: switch off any VPN, try your phone on mobile data, or the GoDaddy app. If you need the name today, any registrar can register it, and you can still move it to GoDaddy later.

Two things to check: the spam and promotions folders (codes often land there), and whether your account email is on a domain hosted at Hostinger. If that domain or its mail stopped working, the code can't arrive, so tell support that first and ask for another way to verify you.

While you wait for them: a stuck checkout is very often an ad blocker or privacy extension blocking the payment step. Try a private window with extensions off, or another browser. If it still won't load, clearing cookies for godaddy.com usually clears an old cart that's stuck.

Thanks, that's useful. A 72-hour window covers the obvious mistakes, but owners often notice a week later (a price, a menu link). An undo kept per change, with no clock on it, holds up better. Did any of the six preview the result on the actual page, not just the file list?

Good rule. One step further: create a separate WordPress user for the AI with only the role it needs (Editor for courses, not Administrator) and give that user the app password. It shows up in revisions as itself, and if the password leaks you revoke one key, not yours.

Nice test. Curious how the six compared on the safety side: did any show you what would change before it ran, or let you undo a step afterwards? "Trash the spam comments" is the kind of request where one wrong guess costs a real customer's comment.

Sorry, I should have been clearer: we're not Hostinger, just another WordPress team. If the domain your account email uses has expired, that mailbox can't get their codes. When you reach a person, lead with that one line and ask them to send the code to a new email or your phone.
Replying to @udeckservices @Hostinger
One thing to check: is the email on your Hostinger account at that expired domain? If so, the login codes go to a mailbox that stopped working when the domain lapsed. Tell them that directly and ask to verify you another way (ID or payment details) and change the email.

Others are reporting hPanel is back now. If the VPS sites are still down once you're in, check the VPS itself is running (a restart from hPanel often clears it after an outage), then the web server. If it's still dead, a ticket with the exact time it went down speeds things up.

Glad a supervisor sorted it! Worth turning on two-step sign-in for that account now, and noting the request number somewhere, in case you ever need recovery again.

You're not alone: others are getting "no healthy upstream" on hPanel right now, so it looks like a Hostinger-side outage rather than your account or devices. The chat bot can't help while login is down. Your sites usually stay up meanwhile, and it should clear once they fix it.
Replying to @NaijaZen @Hostinger
"No healthy upstream" means Hostinger's own login servers aren't answering, so it's on their side, not your account. Your websites usually keep running while the panel is down. Check that your site still loads, then try hPanel again in a little while.

A question that sorts them before signing: "what would make this a clear win in 90 days?" The ones who answer in a sentence tend to be the easy clients. The ones who need a meeting to answer it are usually the messy-offer accounts you described.
