Had the worst experience ever at the K west ward. Very rude and arrogant people who have no value for anyone’s time @mybmc K ward. I was called by the HOD, made to wait deliberately for 3 hours on a weekday in vain called the next day again by her assistant just to be yelled at.
Does anyone @airtelindia @airtelnews know how to resolve customers’s issues instead of passing the buck and constantly saying ‘it’s not in our control’. I want to know who is!!! Shittiest Customer experience and dark patterns in processes. @LiveLawIndia
