ALT text on image reads: I have always had issues with auto captions being bad on YouTube videos, but recently with your move to patreon I haven’t been able to get any proper captioning. The first few uploads were okay, and the auto captions even seemed to be switched to proper ones pretty quickly. However, for some reason the last two patreon videos have not allowed me to turn captions on at all on my computer when using through a browser. (this could just be a glitch on my end, but the first two uploads still work fine with captions) on my phone, the auto captions will cut out for random portions of the video and are overall just really bad. I love supporting your content, but it’s extremely discouraging to not be able to properly watch it due to accessibility issues, especially when that content is now also being paywalled. Please consider hiring someone to do proper subtitling/captioning as we enter this new era of dan and phil. 💗
