My yoga studio needs to reopen too. This government has to sort out their priorities. Let’s make everyone fat and happy by giving them money off at restaurants. Will they be subsidising gym memberships next month? #ithinknot #supportleisure
We are waiting to re open our chain of yoga & Pilates studios. I have new franchisees in the pipeline. These are many businesses bread and butter. New business owners & willing clients. Just give me some clarity - oh and 5% Vat pls. Just sayin @DuncanBannatyne

On Friday July 3rd Boris Johnson said gyms will open in a couple of weeks. We are half way through that couple of weeks and we still don’t have a date!!

That would be very helpful if our health clubs were allowed to open!!?

My birthday today and I've hit the wonderful young age of 40!
Feels like a second wind of life, but still god's blessing to be here. From inner city Brum, to the boardroom, to Buckingham Palace and beyond, the journey has been immense! But so much more to do and I'm ready!
I am on the front line in the Corona virus! I tackle anxiety, sleep disorders, home exercise & worrying about paying the bills. #PowerUp #newhook @Laura_FoleyUK @james14powell @JoshW_Business

What a difference a week makes... last week I was worrying I wouldn’t be able to complete a challenge, this week I’m worrying about everything if I’m honest. I already miss hugs, social contact and my loved ones.… instagram.com/p/B96JMkIj6TC/…
Hi @BeccyWoodTV remember yoga at our studio? Can we DM you a really positive story about how we plan to help people through isolation? Michelle x

Last week I had the pleasure to listen to this inspiring woman’s business journey. She’s relatable, honest & has some real business gems. Plus she practiced tree pose with me. Thanks @karren_brady & Namaste 🙏🏾 #stronglady #honest #inspiration
