Thanks for having me @starter_story 👍
The best way to build a business is not what you think.
My friend Samuel has a different approach:
Step 1 - Find something that's already working
Step 2 - Make it 1% better/different
He makes $35K/month with this exact strategy
Wanna know how you can do it to?
Full story dropping on the channel soon đź‘€
StoryShort got 44 new customers from Google only last week, best week since July.
SEO is not dead yet
useArtemis made $500k on AppSumo with a campaign engine I coded when I could barely code.
Claude just rewrote the whole thing. Ship ugly, nobody cares
I made $500,000 on AppSumo with useArtemis back in the day.
Now I’m launching Breakreach on AppSumo.
Let’s see if I can do it again.
You don't need a third-party tool to get cited by ChatGPT.
I asked Claude Code to send ChatGPT and Claude, via their APIs, the questions buyers ask when looking for a tool like mine, and to log every web search the models ran.
Then Claude wrote SEO pages for those exact queries.
Peak indie hacker move:
One video that's an ad for both my products at once.
Even better: I didn't make it. Claude did.

To every American, and to everyone watching France burn from abroad:
Do not blame the French people for this.
We never asked for it. We never voted for it. And the one time we were clearly asked, we said no.
Here are the numbers your media won't show you.
70% of the French say there are too many immigrants in France today.
79% want a tougher immigration policy.
77% disapprove of the government's record on immigration.
83% want foreign criminals and long-term unemployed foreigners sent home.
And no, it's not just the old. 69% of French 18 to 24 year olds support suspending legal immigration for three years.
This is not a fringe. This is the French people.
In 2005, we were asked if we wanted the European Constitution. 55% voted no. Three years later, our politicians passed the same text under another name, through parliament, without ever asking us again.
That is modern France in one sentence. The people say no. The elites do it anyway.
So who is responsible? The politicians who lied to us. A class of leaders formed in the same schools, the same forums, the same networks, loyal to each other before they are loyal to their nations.
In 2017, at Harvard, Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, bragged about his Young Global Leaders program in four words: "We penetrate the cabinets." He added that it was true in France. Emmanuel Macron was one of his Young Global Leaders.
It's the same project in Brussels with Ursula von der Leyen and in Paris with Macron. Borders treated as an obstacle. Nations treated as relics. The people treated as a problem to be managed.
What you are watching in France is not the French people failing. It is the end of the globalist project, an abject, quasi-communist dream of a world run by unelected planners. It is collapsing everywhere in Europe at once, and the West has to cut this cancer out before it takes the rest of the body with it.
The peoples of Europe don't want this. They never did.
So when you see our town halls burning, don't say "the French chose this."
The French never chose this.
They were forced into it.
If you're French and you agree, repost this so the world hears it from us.
If you're American, look at us carefully. Then choose differently on November 3rd.
My city. My country.
Once again making headlines around the world.
Not because we invented flying cars or achieved something extraordinary.
But because we somehow managed to have the dumbest population of any developed country on Earth.

Opus 5.5 is so good.
I haven't touched Fable in days. I'm managing 3 projects without hitting limits.
Cancelled my secondary subscription, one license covers everything.
I'm launching a new SaaS.
No AI. Almost zero running costs. Even customer acquisition is organic.
Like the good old days.
You can actually use none of them and it works even better
Stop choosing between @Remotion and @HyperFrames_ .
Use both.
We built a video editor where AI agents can work with Remotion AND Hyperframes.
Prompt it.
Give it inspiration.
It generates the video.
The voiceover.
The music.
The subtitles.
And you can edit everything.

72% of the intelligence with 3.8% of the GPUs.
Just to show how talented @MistralAI team is: this shows the "intelligence per GPU" ratio.
- Mistral 4: 3,800 Grace Blackwell (published) 🇫🇷
- GPT-6 Astra: 100,000+ Grace Blackwell (published)
- Grok 4.7: ~200,000 GPUs (estimate)
- Claude Opus 5.5: ~500,000 Trainium2 (estimate)
Proud!
~15,000 new subscription apps launch every month now.
3 years ago it was 2,000.
Only 4.6% ever hit $10k MRR.
Building got 7x easier. Distribution didn't get easier at all.
Guess which skill is actually worth learning in 2026.
