Dr John Campbell doing what he does best.
Giving a level headed approach to the Russian plague outbreak .
He is not buying the Russian denial of a lab leak and does believe the young researcher died from the plague given her rapid decline.
However there is no acute danger of a pandemic.
Especially as this pneumonic plague can be treated with antibiotics. But they must be administered quickly.
The real concern is the worldwide gain of function taking place, able to be utilised to create a pandemic at a moments notice with vaccines ready to deploy.
