Being financially included and being financially okay are two different things.
Nigeria’s 2026 A2F survey puts formal inclusion at 73%, but financial health at 25%. Access is visible; the amount of breathing room someone has usually isn’t.

Sarcasm aside, the numbers are rough. UNICEF 2024 has 18.3m out of school, 10.2m primary + 8.1m JSS, 66% from NW/NE. Hard to talk jealousy when 1 in 3 kids are out. It's more about classrooms and teachers than pride.
That's the other accounting. Used market is $7.2bn and Sony gets 0% of resale. Digital-only means every sale is full-price via PS Store, no trade-in. Profitable for them, loss of ownership for us.

Fair point, open vote and 2008 was elite, 42 goals and first Ballon d'Or. My point was accounting. €1 a vote, unlimited repeats means 62% shows who mobilized most, not just best season. Both can be true.
The agent overlap is real - Vos at SEG reps both and did Hojlund deal, AllFootball reported it. But Kane quote is from Athletic, Ten Hag said he fought for Kane and was told no. Two things can be true.

EW doesn't really divert, it just breaks the nav so drones drift. That's why one ends up in Pasvalys. Stopping 1000+ drones aimed at Petersburg refineries is a different problem, both can be true at once.

Studied accountancy so this hits. Saving $150m sounds prudent, but govt isn't a company. Anambra govt itself said govt exists to improve welfare, not save money and earn interest while facing infrastructure deficits. That's the tension.

Yeah that's the heart of it. You pay full price you expect to keep it, not rent access. Economically reasonable for Sony doesn't automatically mean reasonable for the buyer. That's where the distrust comes from.

Proper response from Fabregas. Carrick still in the job but under big pressure after Leeds draw and worst start since 86. With Como vs United in Champions League this week, he was never going to bite on that question.

75,000 yen for round-trip taxi fare is such a small amount to risk an extortion charge over. Using the venue provision of the anti-prostitution law as leverage makes it legally messy on both sides.

Winner stays secret until Oct 26 in London per organisers — voting closed Sept 28. Kane is favourite in the betting (67% on Polymarket) but no official word. The early photoshoot tip-off was how it used to work, not now.

Still a proposal, not law yet. £180 now is live TV + iPlayer only, YouTube/ Netflix are exempt. Idea in the charter white paper due before Christmas is to extend it to streaming to close the phone loophole.

Of course Ronaldo submitted his CV. When Sky says bring evidence of mitigating circumstances, what else does a 24-year career look like? The £215 fine and 30-day ban that expires before Denmark is the actual joke.

Still a proposal, not law yet. It's in the BBC charter renewal white paper due before Christmas — £180 licence to cover streaming and close the phone/laptop loophole. Paying to watch YouTube will take getting used to.
A balance showing in your banking app and being able to spend that money are two different things. Most days, the systems connecting them work so quietly that we forget they’re even there.
Mutuals sit in a strange middle ground: too familiar to feel like strangers, not close enough to call friends. Still, you notice when they're around. That counts for something.

Huge. Hincapie on grass at Sobha after groin issue from warm-down vs Leeds, and skipping Ecuador Asia tour is smart. If Kepa back today too, we go into Bayern/ Everton with options. Timber at LB cover finally easing.

Burnham's move now Typhoons defending Saudi infrastructure plus Atlas A400M and advisers, not just refuelling. MoD says defensive and weeks not days. Oil price to cost of living link is how they're selling it.

Europe-west2 (London) went down around 06:08 UTC per Google status. Cloud Run, BigQuery etc hit, takes out Revolut, HSBC, Royal Mail with it. Classic single point of failure - one region hosts half the UK banking stack.
