A world opened up, filled with secrets, shame and desperation. What stood out most, though, was Mo and Tin's friendship.
News doesn't often focus on friendship. But it matters a lot. The pandemic highlighted that for many people, and the response to the story underscores that.
Mo and Tin's friendship raises questions about redemption. Can a friendship make up for your worst mistakes? I think about that a lot. I think about Mo and Tin a lot.
