Well, Man City is not Juventus, it is Portsmouth FC with so much money pumped into.
Remember when Serie A relegated their biggest club, Juventus? The league fell off so badly that nobody watches it again. Even when Juventus returned, the league has continued struggling till today.
That's the same thing that will happen if they relegate City. They need to look at the bigger picture before destroying the very league they're trying to protect.
Your tone is for a jilted man.
Your office is about 800 meters from @MoICT_Ug, you can just walk there and engage constructively other than writing documents which would make Afande Fred Enanga very proud.
PUBLIC STATEMENT
The Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) has learnt with concern of the launch of a “National Data Strategy” by the Ministry of Information, Communication Technology and National Guidance (MoICT&NG).
The Bureau informs the public that the strategy breaches the provisions of the UBOS Act, 1998, Cap. 333, which establishes UBOS as the principal data collecting and disseminating agency responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising the National Statistical System.
The public is therefore strongly advised to treat the impugned “National Data Strategy” recently launched by the MoICT&NG with the utmost contempt it deserves.

Hello @mtnug, this is just a reminder that at one point you charged Ugandans UGX 18,000 as a service fee.
We cannot forget.
Amen.
Professor Wamba dia Wamba: the man who could have been anything else but chose to fight (The DR Congo Story)
A boy from Sundi-Lutete, raised in a Swedish mission school, won one of three scholarships to study in America. He wrote on Sartre and Merleau-Ponty, taught at Brandeis and Harvard, married African-American scholar Elaine Brown and joined the civil rights movement. A comfortable life was his for the taking.
He chose Africa. In 1980, he took a chair at the University of Dar es Salaam, where he founded a philosophy club. A year later, while visiting his parents’ village, Mobutu’s regime arrested him for a “subversive” paper and held him for a year. He kept going. He sat in Zaire’s Sovereign National Conference, helped Nyerere’s Burundi peace efforts, and led CODESRIA from 1992 to 1995.
In 1997, he won the Prince Claus Award. That same year he was arrested in Kinshasa and later given a suspended sentence for political activity.
Then, at 56, he left the lecture hall to lead the RCD rebellion in 1998, saying he wanted to prevent genocide. The movement fractured; there were attempts on his life, and rivals pushed him aside. History remains divided on that choice.
His son Philippe, a gifted writer, grew up between Boston, Dar es Salaam and New Mexico, and died young in a 2002 car accident in Kenya.
Wamba died in 2020, a philosopher who refused to stay in the library.
Some contacts have lived in your phone for 3–10 years, never called, never needed. They aren't connections, just memories. Delete them. Their owners do not even know you still have their numbers. Let go.
Legacy poverty: When a family of fully grown adults has no assets left to sell other than land they bought in their prime or inherited from their parents.

It’s weird how lawyers giving career advice to law students push litigation so hard.
The field is already overcrowded.
An LLB is one of the most versatile degrees when used strategically; why force everyone into the same narrow path? 🤷🏾♀️
