To delete and recreate the payee is an annoying (and quite frankly embarrassing) workaround for updating the address for @Genworth in your bill pay system.
@Ask_WellsFargo Your billpay system does not have the correct updated address for @Genworth life insurance (PO Box 632337) as one of the options and it won't let me update it manually.
Does that mean I need to delete the Payee and recreate it?

This was my experience when I pasted in my new password that was over 32 characters. There was no indicator this was a problem 🙁

I'm not sure which standards you're referring to but the NIST 800-63B standard says
> Verifiers SHOULD permit subscriber-chosen memorized secrets at least 64 characters in length.

I just reset my password again and now it works.
My old password was 34 characters and included an asterisk. I suspect either the length of the password or the inclusion of the asterisk was the problem.
I'd appreciate if you share this with your development team.
After logging out and trying to log back in I'm getting this "does not match our records" message again. 🙁
@FultonBank Are there any known problems with your online banking? I use a password manager yet yesterday my password suddenly stopped working.
I went through your password reset steps and reset my password, which logged me in successfully.
