We joked during the build that the expected "pitch instability" would be a nice problem to have as it was expected to be in the low-mid 50 knot range. Trouble was I didn't have a visual speed readout in the cockpit. Turned out Malcs calcs were spot on. 52 knots and up she went!PL

16th Nov/2012 VestasSailrocket broke the Outright World Record for the 1st time.VSR2's average speed/500m 59.23kn.8 days later VSR2 set the World record@ 65.45kn.I love this head on photo, I only managed to take 1 shot like this...its unique!as is the SR Team.Happy anniversary!Hx
