I'm not a fan of film bans or censorship. Heck, my PhD is about draconian policies around film, media & art in Malaysia. But if you actually look at what Primetime is doing & how it critiques the media spectacle around predator-hunting, this take needs considerably more nuance.
Terima pedophile, terima pengampu politik. Selepas ni apa? Terima perompak besar beri ijazah kehormat?

I fired him once for leaving my set without informing PM or AD when he had more scenes to shoot. Once he made Fauziah Nawi wait almost 4 hours to rehearse a scene. In my years of working in the industry, he has the WORST discipline.

Just wondering, for the young smokers studying in the UK, don't you find smoking here ridiculously expensive? Even the cheapest pack is £15.25 (RM83). Give quitting a go. It's definitely hard, but it's not impossible.

I've seen a few replies saying, "He's probably got Alzheimer's/dementia" or "He seems unwell." Oh, sure. Is that really the issue, or are we using a medical explanation to downplay what may actually be racism? Why not just address the racism instead of finding excuses for it?

As his erratic, aggressive behaviour escalates bystanders try stepping in to confront him and defend the targeted victims.

And it isn't just the headlines that erase us. It's everywhere else too.
A Crusader flag went up in Portsmouth the same week.
"Christianity back at the front of the fight," they called it.
To fight who?

Reform's own spokesman didn't touch her record.
He told people she was "born in Somalia." Like that was the argument.

Men filming their own patrol and catching nothing but us walking.
Teenage cricketers treated as a threat before anyone checked.

One sentence running through every one of them: you don't belong here.
And when someone wants us dead for it, that's the part of the story you're least likely to be told.
