What if StyleX used inline styles? I ported StyleX's own site from StyleX to inline styles and benchmarked both. The result? The inline style version was just as fast (or faster) on every PageSpeed metric I checked. I'm not arguing inline styles are faster. Just that performance isn’t the major concern many people claim it is. 🧵

I overfitted a 900KB LLM to compress a 100MB file into 7MB. You know how you can paste a paragraph into ChatGPT and ask it to repeat it back exactly? Just that on steroids. ZIP: 27MB My model: 7MB Demo on a 500KB file (100MB takes a while).
