I call them immediately as I've landed, and durrrr get given ANOTHER email address. I decide to start forwarding on my initial email to internationalservicedesk@standardbank.co.za
It's now 3 days since the transaction was actioned with ZERO RESPONSE from @StandardBankZA
The money is gone and I have no way of recalling this $1400. I'm honestly balking at how this could happen.
So recommend me some banks, I'd love to move my business elsewhere
