S-O Associates have completed the CAPS onboarding process. They are ready to partner with community businesses and organizations on various projects. As a symbol of their accomplishment, each associate received an official CAPS pen and was honored in the CAPS Penning Ceremony.

The local design sprint allowed S-O associates to develop their problem-solving, communication, creativity, teamwork, and flexibility skills further. It was a great experience!
S-O CAPS launched its local design sprint today. Andre Abadie, Executive Director of the Osceola County Economic Development Commission, presented the Commission’s background, mission, and problem. Associates will have until Tuesday, January 16, 2024, to pitch solutions.
