oh to be sitting with bilbo and gandalf, looking over the shire as we smoke pipe-weed and prepare for the best party of the year
Happy Hobbit Day to those who celebrate. As celebration I will walk in the woods after work and then have a beer with other hobbity folk
I watched the hobbit an unexpected journey last night, damn how much I missed the songs! the first movie is pure nostalgia
I can't believe I watched the LOTR trilogy 2 weeks ago and now there's a marathon viewing at the cinema for the 25th anniversary... I guess I have absolutely no choice but to get the tickets for it

I love that part in Lord of the Rings when Sam is getting tempted by the one ring and he's like "with THIS POWER i could have such a nice garden!" And Sauron's basically like "Man take my fuckin ring off, bro you're ruining it”
triangle of sadness

The seven sons of Fëanor were Maedhros the tall; Maglor the mighty singer, whose voice was heard far over land and sea; Celegorm the fair, and Caranthir the dark; Curufin the crafty, who inherited most his father's skill of hand; and the youngest Amrod and Amras[.]
deep cringe?? most joyless generation lmao
