‼️‼️ This is happening way too often lately. One of my modellers too @414ly_, was recently permanently banned for ''off-platform Robux trading'' after receiving legitimate Robux payments for UGC commission work, and the only ''big'' purchase she made was a 25k Robux gamepass to pay someone else for a commission, so even that was still just dev work. She has proof of everything, the work, transactions, chats, and files for each commission, but when she contacted support, she just received an automated response with no chance to appeal again. She’s lost access to the Robux she legitimately earned from work for me and other UGC groups. Developers should not have to fear losing their accounts, earnings, and years of work simply for paying or being paid for legitimate dev work. This is genuinely threatening the roblox dev ecosystem. does anyone know if devex taking this long is normal? 🫠 I updated my company and banking information, and after correcting one document that was requested, my DevEx has still been pending for weeks with no updates, I really need to pay my bills and this whole process has been going on for months @Roblox #robloxdev

AI moderation on Roblox UGC has been an issue for a while, but it's become EVEN WORSE now. just this morning, I uploaded a completely original dynamic head, only for it to be moderated and receive a "Duplicate Content" warning for "spam". The face shown in the moderation warning isn't even mine, its Roblox's default dynamic head. (My actual head is on the right.) My head is completely original, its a new mesh and not even a recolor of any of my other heads. MANY other dynamic head creators are having the same proble atm, and on top of that, AI moderation has also been incorrectly giving other original items (like hairs) "Limited Visibility" in the catalog. These false AI moderation decisions are making it very hard for creators to publish their original work. This is a serious issue that's affecting the UGC community, and I hope @Roblox addresses it soon 🙏#robloxugc #roblox
