Let’s avoid the argument of what it means for the Church to “allow” or “make exceptions,” and go straight to the BS idea that states should respect those exceptions because “the Church does.”

You think the Church would think to make any statement saying “Actually, we think these circumstances should be allowed for abortion?”
No, they’d be thrilled for any and all restrictions to abortion.
The Church chooses life. You and I both know it.
“Well, what about the life of the mother?”
That’s not at all what the Church means about choosing life; hence, the scriptural references to killing when talking about abortion.
It’s not “killing” if a mother dies due to childbirth, it IS “killing” if the mother chooses to end the life of someone else.

I see this clear as day. The housing issues in UT have so little to do with immigrants, and we have a massive affordable housing crisis.
