SCA confirms: a SA citizen (CEO of SAFA) cannot attach trade marks owned by a non-citizen (FIFA) in order to found jurisdiction - unless the basis of the claim sounds in money or for movables. FIFA v Kgopotso Leslie Sedibe & Another [2021] ZASCA 113 (8 Sep 2021)
