Its so funny to me how often a new Lin Manuel Miranda project gets announced and every cries and moans cause they hate him and then it comes out and it's fucking fantastic as usual. I saw SO many tweets bad mouthing his Warriors musical, and now it's out and getting rave reviews.

HUGE shoutout to Shaina Taub. I don’t think enough attention is being paid to the fact that she is the first woman in history to win Tonys for writing both the book and the score of a musical. The. First. Shaina made history last night with her wins for @SuffsMusical

PAXU Highlights #4: Got to playtest @xopherchan ‘s game about a bunch of Possums in a Trenchcoat stealing trash from a mall. This already had a lot of polish & nailed the goofy chaotic theme! Made me laugh & smile a ton. Unfortunately no pictures this time but watch this one!

As you watch the #TonyAwards, keep in mind that there are people and politicians who want to prevent both students and adults from performing some of the very plays nominated and honored tonight and elsewhere. We must speak out loudly for art & expression and against censorship.

NE State Sen. Lou Ann Linehan (R) complains filibusters of anti-trans bills made her miss her grandson's preschool graduation.
Sen. Megan Hunt (I): “You won't come off this bill that hurts my [trans] son. You hate him more than you love your own family. That's why you're here."
