I build projects, explain technical concepts, and create demos that help people understand how technology works. As I look for my next opportunity, I’ve continued putting those skills into practice through projects of my own. Right now, I’m building Impossible Hires, a project to help people with unconventional combinations of skills connect with employers who need them. I’m also building One Project, Many Stories, a tool that helps developers explain their work through portfolio case studies, hiring summaries, and demos. These projects give me real problems to learn from. They also make the gaps in my knowledge clear. Getting an AI feature to produce an answer is one step. Understanding how to test it, recognize when it fails, and make it useful enough for someone to rely on takes more work. That’s why this program matters to me. MEGA covers building specialized agents, evaluating their reliability, and developing AI-enabled products. I’d be able to apply those lessons to projects I’m already working on, while strengthening the skills I bring to future engineering and developer advocacy opportunities.
