There’s basically two mindsets to work. And you have to pick one, can’t flip flop “Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good” or “Kill the good to get to the great” If you want to kill the good sometimes but then force it through other times. You’ll just have an incoherent mess

I feel like I hear conflicting thoughts on MCP’s, but I am ALL IN! It’s a magical experience when you can be working in Codex and/or Claude Code and fire off requests for things to happen in other apps and it just magically works. Adding MCP’s to all my apps, with a few dropping soon…

The best move is to create CLI’s and harnesses that allow for the agents to run/review/test their own work. I was able to drive it during that process and the end result was a 30x performance increase that now has it running faster than leading apps in the space. And, I was able to profile the leaders by being able to profile those apps on my machine, using the same evaluations used on my own app.
