Today is the day I’ve been waiting for.

#49ers owner Jed York was arrested in Ohio over the weekend on misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools.
Court records show the prosecutor filed a plea agreement, York plead no contest to the charges and was fined $1,150.
