Useful heuristic: A single US-based product development team (PM, PD, ~5 eng) costs roughtly $1.5M per year / $50k per sprint. Obv, YMMV based on seniority, # of people, location etc. But those numbers are directionally correct enough to benchmark cost / benefit of decisions.
