ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."

He was sent to D.C. to stop criminals. Instead, he’s being treated like one.
Spc. Jakob Noonan of the Oklahoma National Guard is part of the mission that’s seen D.C. homicides drop 41%. He was off duty when Park Police asked if he had a gun. He told the truth. The pistol is legal for him to carry back home.
Now he’s facing a felony and up to 5 years in prison.
@JudgeJeanine, you told gun owners you’re “a proud supporter of the Second Amendment.”
Prove it. Drop the charges.

The DOJ just sued the State of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and St. Paul over the state's permit to purchase and waiting period scheme.
Nowhere in the 2nd Amendment does it say "shall not be infringed, pending a 30-day review."

🚨BREAKING 2A NEWS!
The DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel has concluded that the federal ban on handgun sales to 18-20 year olds is unconstitutional.
Since 1968, it has been a federal felony for a licensed dealer to sell a handgun to an adult under 21. Up to five years in prison. These are the same adults we register for the draft, seat on juries, and try as adults in criminal court.
This is an opinion, not a court ruling, and it does not touch state age restrictions. But it is the first time any part of DOJ has said the ban is unconstitutional.
This idiotic and unconstitutional practice may finally be coming to an end.

A registry only ever knew that you bought a gun. This knows how often you shoot, which range you shoot at, and whose truck was parked next to yours when you there.
No gun owner in America should tolerate this.

33 people are shot dead in South Africa every day. This week, the UN handed that country the gavel at its Arms Trade Treaty conference.
South Africa passed some of the strictest gun laws on earth. Citizens surrendered their guns under threat of prison. Then police tasked with destroying those guns sold them to street gangs.
More than 1,000 murders have been traced to those firearms, including hundreds of children.
The state took their guns and armed their killers.
And South Africa isn’t the cautionary tale at this conference. It’s presiding over it.
So I flew to Geneva and said it to their faces.

Next Monday, @RMGOColorado's lawsuit against the CO 3-day waiting period will have oral arguments. The district court judge just published a detailed agenda that reads like a desperate request for CO's attorneys to find him some grounds to uphold this law.
