the journey isn’t easy. i’ve quit a few times, i’ve questioned every decision ive made as well.
truly, you just have to want something so bad that you’re willing to do anything and everything to achieve it.
for me, i never wanted to work a normal job. the thought of working for someone else and living a mediocre life scared me.
once you find your motivating factor, it’s up to YOU to put the effort in.
it’s easy to let your foot off the gas after you see strands of success.
that’s exactly what plateaus your growth.
instead of celebrating your success, start immediately planning your route to the next goal.
never stop learning. you don’t know everything, nobody does. emphasize humility.
2 years ago i was 18 and dreaming about hitting a 1k week in ecom.
today all i can think about is how im gonna scale this store to a 100k day and the exact route i am going to take to get there.
delusion is what makes you successful. optimism supports you on that path.
got a 10% reserve with 0.1% cb rate lol.
any recommendations for new processors and can share their experience with them?
i have subs enabled for my store but do not push it or auto tick it (8-10% sub TR).
would appreciate any and all input :)
i remember when i launched this brand 3 weeks ago, i said “5k day by next week.”
i had limited beliefs.
get rid of all of them.
lowkey haven’t posted on here in a while.
just been grinding in silence.
$1 mill month this q4. i need it.
the one thing that separates those who succeed in ecom and those who don’t is drive and motivation.
i was always curious. i was never afraid to reach out to people and ask for help. if you’re able to do that, you’re already one step ahead of everyone else.
if you’re trenching right now (like i am), let this be your reminder that we are ALL destined to win, we just don’t know when.
always be curious. don’t be afraid to reach out to people and ask questions.
humility is so important. pack up your pride.
“i’ll be back at 10k days in no time. setbacks are just part of the game. without them, it wouldn’t be any fun.”
if you don’t have anything else, have conviction in yourself.
that’s all i have to say.
YOU can make it if YOU want it bad enough.
social media only shows you the wins and good days. most of the people on here aren’t transparent whatsoever.
i scaled my store to 13k days and 60k mrr in less than 3 weeks.
however, as fast as i scaled, is as fast as i descaled.
i’ve learned that the biggest mistake you can make is scale your business without the proper backend setup.
i was so eager to bump budgets every single night but completely overlooked factors that most beginners don’t even give a second thought to.
now i have to deal with shopify holds and a whole bunch of other headaches.
don’t get me wrong, 3 months ago, i would give anything to do $500 a day, nevertheless 2-3k.
i felt demotivated for a bit but then i viewed my situation differently:
ecom is extremely revolved around information. take the time to just read. don’t be afraid to reach out and make connections. every mistake you make gives you the opportunity to learn and to correct for the next time.
i’ll be back at 10k days in no time. setbacks are just part of the game. without them, it wouldn’t be any fun.
some levels are just harder than others.
always be delusional. always be optimistic.
can the guys doing 50k-100k days tell me what is the biggest breakthrough they had that allowed them to get there?
i’m doing around 17-20k days right now. not entirely sure how to get to the next level.
any and all advice/responses are appreciated! :)
success doesn’t come without sacrifices.
i cannot tell you how many things i changed or how many decisions i made simply because i wanted ecom to work out for me.
in the end, it will all be worth it. you just need to be willing to sleep, eat, and shit ecom.
can someone explain to me what’s the advantages of hiring a media buyer?
what can they do that i can’t just learn and do myself?
i scaled a store from $0.00 to $24,000d in 5 days. here is what i’ve learned 👇
- consistency is key; failure is inevitable but those who see wins are the ones who persist. i was losing money for 1.5 years straight. it only takes one to change your life.
- creative output should be consistent from the start. always upload new ads, never stop testing. NEVER.
- don’t be scared to scale. i’ve always heard to “bump 20% every 1-2 days of consistent performance.” once i decided to stray from this idea and implement my own strategies, i saw the most improvement.
- set a goal for yourself. a tangible goal that you can think about each and every day. a goal that will motivate you and push you through the long, sleepless nights. for me, it’s to never have to work for another person and just live a “normal” life. everyone is destined for so much more, it’s your duty to reach it.
- get rid of limiting beliefs. on june 1st of this year, my biggest day was $300 of unprofitable revenue. that’s after testing 30 products. i had a dream of a 1k day, but i knew i would shortly hit it and then strive for the next, bigger goal.
- be delusionally optimistic. i live by this quote. i started entrepreneurship at 14 selling sneakers. @slightlyice, a dev of a bot i used at the time, had it pinned to his bio. i never forgot it. you have to be delusional enough to set a expectation for yourself that will change your life, but you have to optimistic enough to be able to convince yourself that you will exceed it.
i want to start posting more content. ive been helping my friends with ecom, and i truly do enjoy seeing other people’s success. it motivates me even more.
i’m planning on posting content on instagram diving more into my store and my own strategies that i use to see these numbers. you can check it out here if you’d like:

surround yourself with people who encourage, not envy.
manifestation is real. i know ill hit my 100k day soon. just a matter of when.
check back with me soon.
i set a goal “5k day by next week.” well, it only took a day.
it’s only day 5 of this new store.
most people would be happy with the results. going from $900 in revenue to $9,000 in one day is a pretty astonishing feat.
me? i’m just mad i didn’t hit 10k.
but, i’m always grateful. the long hours trenching feel like a distant memory after days like these.
never felt more ready to get back on my pc tomorrow and start grinding new concepts.
YOU can change YOUR life.
but you have to be delusional enough to convince yourself it’s already changed.
day 3 of new product test on my 2nd store.
been a little quiet on here since school started but i’m feeling more motivated than ever.
gonna start treating this like a journal again. posting on here honestly helps me organize my thoughts and goals.
turned 20 the other day and i still feel so behind in life, even after i achieved so much with ecom in the last 3 months.
when do you become content with your own success and stop comparing yourself to other people?
5k day by next week. doable? probably. will it happen? if it doesn’t, well that’s disappointing.

when i die, write delusional optimist on my tombstone.

not quite the 100k week i was aiming for but i’m always grateful.
a month ago today, the most sales i’ve ever gotten in a single day was $300.
i never had a profitable product test and ive been on and off testing since october 2024.
ads were performing extremely well but roas shit the bed after my record day.
recovering slowly but this gives me the time to strengthen up my backend.
anyone experience performance randomly dropping? roas cut basically in half. would appreciate any and all advice 🙏🏻
never ever taking my foot off the pedal.
consistency and grit will always prove to win in the end.
oh yeah and i hit 50k mrr 💰
