Some news I don't often get to share: one of the best external-facing operators I've worked with is on the market.
The Hypersurface acquisition of Acre was a technology acquisition, not an acquihire. So you have a rare shot at hiring Nico Marotta (@nico186_).
He's the teammate everyone hopes to work with once in a career. His warmth turns users into loyal fans: he owned onboarding and support end to end to drive retention. Became the person partners and community trusted most. Repped us at 30+ conferences worldwide. Built AI-powered workflows to scale ops.
If you need someone who can give your customers somewhere to belong, not just something to buy, move fast.
linktr.ee/nico186. DMs open, or ping me for an intro. Will vouch without hesitation.

x402 just crossed 1000 commits from 300+ contributors
Since the launch of v2 6 months ago we went from:
2 -> 10 networks
1 -> 4 payment schemes
1 -> 6 extensions
and we are just getting started 🚀
Huge thanks to everyone contributing and building with us 💙

So we looked at the GitHub numbers, and Beads has over 650k downloads. Beads is still absolutely the best way to work with coding agents, all flavors. It works with your workflow, and there's almost nothing to learn. It just works. I'll be posting a series of tips on how to use Beads to do @bcherny's loops, both small and large.

It feels like every startup is building stuff that's going to be hard to sell into companies because you have to teach people how to use it. I haven't met many founders yet who have figured out how important dev-rel and sales are. They're like, "Oh, we'll build the right thing and then hire dev-rel and sales later." But your dev-rel and sales will literally shape your product to fit the orgs you're trying to sell into. You can't do it without them.

I gave @NousResearch Hermes agent a company brain.
I've been LOVING Hermes agent as my personal assistant but haven't been able to use it for work.
AI agents are powerful but they are siloed. They don’t have access to the same files, comments, versions, or decisions your team is working from.
So I connected Hermes to @Box.
Now my Hermes agent can work from Slack, use files, comments, and decisions stored on Box as the single source of truth, and get shi* done.

15 years ago today, satoshi sent what is widely believed to be his last ever confirmed communication
the world’s most mysterious creator holds an estimated 1.097M BTC (~$85bn) and consensus is his coins have never moved since
on apr 26, 2011, satoshi wrote to bitcoin developer gavin andresen, advising him to downplay the “shadowy figure” narrative in the press and to emphasize bitcoin’s open-source nature and community contributions. this is widely accepted as his last confirmed authentic communication
days before, on apr 20 and 23, satoshi had told developer mike hearn he had “moved on to other things” and that bitcoin was “in good hands with gavin and everyone”
his final public forum post came on dec 12, 2010 on bitcointalk (his 575th post), discussing the threat of DoS attacks and signing off with “there’s more work to do”
fifteen years on, the coins sit untouched. satoshi’s identity remains unknown. and the last words we can be reasonably confident are his basically say: take care of it, it’s yours now
he’s talking to all of us. bitcoin is ours. we are all satoshi (except you know who). we must carry the legacy forward 🟠

I just published Welcome to Gas City medium.com/p/welcome-to-gas-…
In a nutshell, some actually good engineers came along and rewrote Gas Town into an enterprise grade SDK for building your own orchestrators. It uses the original Gas Town MEOW stack, based on Beads and Dolt. MIT-licensed. It has been out for a few weeks, just launched to v1.0.0, and is ready for use. Satoshi Nakamoto can't be caught with stylometric analysis. Shame on you for painting a huge target on Adam's back with such weak evidence.
