If measured by time to succeed after opening the box - no printer is better than an Ultimaker.
Of corse there is a caveat of budget, but honestly more customers succeed with them than any other printer out there because the user experience is just dialed.

I left my comments on the article but in summary, @hackaday article goes way to far in attacking @Creality3dprint. Do they have some printers that need to release Marlin source? Yes. But they have released CR-10, Mini and OSHW Ender 3. Great printers! No mention of that.
