Due to my heart bypass operation and leukaemia CLL, I’ll be concentrating on my health for the rest of 2026 and unfortunately doing very few shirts. Apologies but I must prioritise health 👍

14000 steps around London today, looks like I’m match fit for the Chelsea game, first visit to Everton of the season 💙⚽️
The way this is going the premier league will have to compensate City and give them 20 points a season 🤣

Manchester City have no debt, have poured millions into regenerating the community and have the best youth system in the country by a mile!
United sacked half their employees, have £1B worth of debt, funnelled all their profits abroad and were the main beneficiaries of the Super League!
Guess which one is getting punished…

Rule breaking aside. Did Man City really gain much of a sporting advantage over the other top clubs when in reality, Chelsea and Man Utd spent similar amounts in that timeframe? I’d say not at all. The reason they won is because they made better decisions than everyone else.
8 weeks tomorrow since heart bypass operation, still some healing to do, but getting much closer to being ready for normality! Picture from this evening’s walk 💪🏻
Recovery from heart bypass takes the majority of your body’s energy every day. Even 6 weeks after the operation I’m sleeping more than I’m up. 8 hour days fly by…
