@chesscom favoring rapid site growth over player experience is a huge mistake. i pay you $140 a year. why can’t i count on accurate piece counts, sounds, and worst of all not being dropped off costing me points. your service has gone dramatically downhill in the past 3 months.

if you have to do unfettered growth give server preference to paying customers at least. doubtful i’ll renew my membership unless you solve these now overly common daily issues.
