So thats why they didn't give him the trophy.
🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: The damage Kylian Mbappé has caused to La Liga and its television rights by laughing at a meme comparing him to former Chinese leader Mao Zedong is ENORMOUS.
This is no joke. La Liga has spent the last decade positioning China as one of its most important strategic markets.

Lulu married in March 2025. Tragically, the lobola money was stolen from her father, who passed away three months after the incident. Now, she too has passed away. It is as if she entered Chivayo’s life only to accompany him to the great beyond while sparing Sonja to remain behind & look after Chivayo’s young children. Do not envy wealth and a “soft life”, instead, be grateful for who you are…. #RIPChivayos 🙏🏽

I have been thinking a lot about kwachustan and our behaviour. Now I figure we have 25-year-olds in Zimbabwe who live in urban areas who have never seen a running tap of clean water. We have 25-year-olds who live in urban Zimbabwe who have never used a free clean toilet in the CBD. We have 25-year-olds who have never had a hot bath without it being a bucket. We have 25-year-olds who have never experienced a working shower and a working gezzer that pours water on them for 10 minutes whilst they bathe. We have 25-year-olds who actually believe jumping over sewage is a day-to-day occurrence as they go about their business.
From the time the pioneer colonists walked onto what we now call Zimbabwe, it took them less time to build up the modernity that we have destroyed in such a short time. Think about that. They came onto a plateau with absolutely nothing, built up what we have seen today, and it has taken us less time. To proudly state that there are 25-year-olds who've never experienced modernity, we should be ashamed of ourselves.
The whataboutists will latch onto articles about Scandinavians doing the same thing in a stadium or some English football hooligans, and use the whataboutism to try and justify pathetic behaviour. We're cursed.

Yesterday I dropped my wife at work and I was starting my day, my Mondays are extremely busy. I was getting quotations for my clients, from tractor parts, vehicle engines, vehicle parts, buying shoes etc. Over the years I have amassed so many contacts, I rarely need to drive to the suppliers, all I need to do is to send WhatsApp messages and get responses. I got a message from MaNyoni and she said she just felt happy, happiness is a choice and I probed a bit further. Obviously her happiness has a lot to do with how I treat her.
We don't have everything we need though our financial situation has improved dramatically over the last 25 years of our marriage. She goes to work and complains about the work environment. Yet she says she is happy. I do my best, I prioritise our family. I think the most important decision I made as a married man is to stay away from mahure. It's something that my wife has never had to deal with from me.
If I were to speak at a men's conference I would encourage young men to have self control and ditch mahure, it's not worth it zvachose. Your wife can sacrifice financially towards attaining financial goals as long as there is no other woman involved. You can have other problems in your marriage but as a man remove problem yemahure in the marriage equation. As you grow older as a man I think your focus changes because you would have seen so many things, zvimwe zvinenge zvisisina basa, you just see kuti it's not worth it.
If you want an angel of a wife, you should not drive her to hell. As a man create the ideal environment and make smart choices and control your behaviour and be warry of the consequences of your choices 🙏🏿

🔸Given the current climate, bringing in South African artists to perform in Zimbabwe would be a gross failure to read the room. Our brothers, sisters, relatives and friends are squatting in the rain, choked by fear and in danger of losing their livelihoods.
Now, more than ever, they need our solidarity. Let’s spare a thought for those who are victims of another round of suffering, having fled poverty, hunger and @ZANUPF_Official’s general reign of terror.
Let’s do the right thing.🙏🏽
We need new leaders.🇿🇼
Not just Econet, this one as well 👇. Is it that all promoters are bad at timing or its the people that request these artists. MaZimba hamugone kutamba mega here?
Those attending this @econetzimbabwe event in Victoria Falls should remind the group Mafikizolo that xenophobia is not acceptable. I don’t care how they communicate that message.
They should also remind @econetzimbabwe that it’s a bad time to wine and dine South African artists and pay them US dollars for singing into a microphone while Africans are being harassed and hunted down by xenophobes.
There is nothing buddy about their beats at the moment.

Big up, Uncle Ian Wright for speaking up, and he's 100% correct.
Look how Qatar got dragged when they were hosting the World Cup.
