End of two, 4-0 #NHLBruins It's a blowout on Causeway, with a hat tip to DiPietro. A few unbelievable saves in that second period.

#NHLBruins to the PP with 45.2 to go in the second. Josi off for a cross-check.

4-0 #NHLBruins, Pastrnak to Peterka with a beauty of a slap pass. Took Peterka two tries to shuffle it in after his first bid kissed the post. 2:39 to go in the second.

3-0 #NHLBruins, Pastrnak deflects a McAvoy shot. Think it might've been Peterka. Either way, B's lead 3-0. Less than a minute after the DiPietro ridiculous 2-on-0 saves

Oh my goodness, Michael DiPietro. Are you kidding me? Pair of unbelievable saves on a 2-on-0.

He stays on the bench, so it remains just a scare.

Second replay shows a very clear slash from Ryan O'Reilly to the back of Geekie's knee. It forced him forward. Geekie's other knee was wrapped with Struble, causing the awkward-looking fall. Does not look great.

End of One, 2-0 #NHLBruins. Very strong period overall, as the B's outshoot #Smashville 12-8. Obvious concern right now is Morgan Geekie.

Geekie has now gone down the tunnel.

Went down behind the net. Got up very slowly, then skated slowly, hunched over, to the bench. Been with a trainer there ever since. Not looking to go back out there at the moment.

2-0 #NHLBruins, Elias Lindholm with a tip for the PPG. Not a single #Smashville defender in the area code of Elias. McAvoy slid a puck hard to him. Lindholm ramped it using his stick up and over Annunen.
121
#NHLBruins to the PP with 3:37 to go in the first. Hague for a hold.

Very strong start for the #NHLBruins. Outshooting #Smashville 9-4 through 9:13. Boston looks faster than the Preds. Tons of opportunities.
127
1-0 #NHLBruins. Casey Mittelstadt with a snipe just 3:49 into this one, on the B's 4th shot. Off a d-zone draw on an icing. Boston wins it. Pastrnak carries it into #Smashville's zone. Hits Mittelstadt, who made no mistake.
