Trump & Co could end the visa scams created by the govt TONIGHT and fix the root source of the problem. They won’t. This is a limited hangout psyop, crumbs thrown to the peasants per the usual, to make it appear as if something is being “done”…..all the while running out the clock on our replacement.

You’re being disingenuous as you clearly know these jobs are hidden in obscure newspapers postings or hidden websites so the public can’t find them. You know the game, stop it!

ITServe Alliance says it stands for "Responsible Workforce Practices" focused on U.S. talent.
Yet one of its current Governing Board members, Devender Aerrabolu (Founder & CEO of Tek Leaders), publicly posted a job opening in Hyderabad, India for a Bench Sales Recruiter requiring experience managing OPT, CPT, H-1B, EAD, and Green Card consultants for U.S. IT staffing.
If your mission is putting U.S. talent first, why are executives within the organization recruiting overseas to manage America's visa-dependent workforce?

Dozens of federal subpoenas just dropped.
The DOL Inspector General announced the first major probe into H-1B and PERM visa fraud, including labor trafficking and American worker displacement.
Meta already paid $14M to settle charges it favored visa holders, Cognizant lost a discrimination verdict to American workers, and Infosys disclosed its own DOJ investigation.
The receipts existed for years.
Now someone with subpoena power is reading them.

WE ARE FINANCIALLY MOTIVATING PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES TO GIVE AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS FOR FOREIGN SCHOLARSHIPS.
THE NCAA FOUND ITS OWN H-1B
International college athletes compete on F-1 visas. Those visas block them from earning NIL money. Every dollar. DHS has issued zero guidance, so compliance offices tell every international athlete the same thing: stay away from NIL entirely.
That makes them 25K-60K cheaper per roster spot than an American of equal talent.
So schools fill rosters overseas:
ASU women's golf: 0 Americans on roster.
Iowa State women's golf: 0 Americans.
University of Idaho tennis: both programs 100% international.
2026 NCAA Men's Tennis Final Four: only 3 Americans among 24 starters.
66% of all D1 women's tennis is now international.
72.5% of men's cross country All-Americans are now international.
Six law firms have documented the NIL-visa gap as a financial incentive to recruit internationally. A UNC Law Review paper called it "The Abandonment of International College Athletics."
Congress introduced a bill to fix the visa restriction. It died without a single hearing.
The NCAA has no nationality limits on rosters and no tracking of where ~$4 billion in annual scholarship money goes by athlete nationality.

Gonna try to explain this to tech CEOs again: Young Americans are pissed. They feel betrayed. Half have embraced the far right & want to cut off your access to cheap foreign labor. The other half have embraced the far left & want to cut off your head. One side will win. Choose.

A Meta note offers extra condolence to recently laid of H-1B employees.
And suggests they visit the Alumni Portal that offers "immigration guidance."
H-1B is a non immigrant work visa. So that is weird.

At the end of the day, facts are:
1. Indians got the majority of the H1B visas, by far
2. Every IT department in the US is a little India
3. Americans are struggling to find job in IT, at least with good money, because of the cheap H1B Indians
4. Indians come from a messed up, corrupted business culture and they are trying to impose that in the US, get kickbacks and hire only their own
5. For every H1B cheap labor imported in the US, another 3-4 American jobs where shipped to the shithole with outsourcing to be done by the offshore dirt cheap team
6. H1Bs are middle class immigrants who displace local population rather than complement the workforce. They are not the traditional blue collar immigration. They live a substandard life in the US, sharing rooms, not spend one penny to go out or vacations, etc. making it impossible for Americans with kids, mortgages and normal life to compete.
7. Blue collar immigration lives in poor neighborhoods, H1Bs move into middle class suburbs distorting the demographics and try to impose their own culture given that they become the majority
8 Indians are dirt cheap with no sense of humor, don't enjoy their work, try to push their work to someone else and that makes it unpleasant for any culture to work with them. No pride in their work, just mediocre results that many times Americans have to clean up the mess.

We are deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of the Govs Men's Basketball Team bus driver earlier today. With respect for this difficult loss, the team made a decision not to play our scheduled game against Kansas City this evening. APSU extends our heartfelt condolences to his loved ones and our gratitude for his service.
