It’s the last week of term for #swimming, and as is traditional we will be running a #waterpolo session for all our #swimmers in the big pool, and some fun games for children in the little pool. #nottingham #westbridgford @Swim_England
Some good advice here, treat the water with respect. There are lots of well managed #openwater swimming groups in #Nottingham including the @WholeHealthTeam where you can swim safely. #swimming #OWEN

It’s finally here! I’m so proud to share our #GirlsLetsSwim campaign, set up to encourage girls to keep swimming for longer 💪 We know that 79% of teenage girls give up swimming, we’re here to encourage girls to stay in the pool and benefit from everything swimming has to offer!
