dreadmill workout this morning bc it was too hot and humid

3 x 4 miles @ marathon pace
2 mile cooldown

had the worst dream (actually it’s my worst nightmare)
it’s right before i race the chicago marathon and i realized i had forgotten my running shoes
i found my favorite running shoes on sale for racing for $98 when they’re normally like $270… u know that i bought them SO FAST
ran 10 miles on like 4 hrs of sleep and wondered why i felt so dizzy and nauseous and when i got back home i threw up out of nowhere 😍 currently resting bc i feel terrible lmao
