A little medal Monday, ran a marathon yesterday, nice bimbled pace. I'm not in marathon shape but got it done sub 5, whilst the last mile and a bit I was carrying some signage that a different race had not picked up. And yes I got the duck as part of the bling.

Just got home from @CanaryTrails Beer21, what a race this year. It was wet but that didn't dampen the enthusiasm. Definitely becoming a must do race in the yearly fixture.
