A special night last night at the NCA Coaches Banquet.
To be surrounded by my family and so many coaches was quite humbling. The highlight of my night was receiving the George O’Boyle Cross Country Award. A true honor. @NebraskaCoach @PrepRunningNerd @runningators @bellevue_xc

We've built this week's HS schedule at preprunningnerd.com/trackres… and indicated where we think we'll have Nerds (subject to work and family conflicts). Once the meets are over, we'll post results at that same link, and photos will be posted on our Facebook page.
If we've omitted your meet from the list, please let us know.

Congratulations to Coach Waller, Coach Q and Coach Musiel who were recognized at half time for their outstanding careers here at LNS! Thank you for all you’ve done for North Star Athletics!

On behalf of our 25+ Nerds, I was thrilled to accept a @RunLincoln service award today from LTC board member and @runningators coach Brian Wandzilak. Brian flew into Omaha after watching LNS alum Jeralyn Poe run the Olympic Trials marathon yesterday. This award is doubly meaningful given LTC’s enduring impact in the Nebraska running community.

After a decorated career at Lincoln North Star, Michigan State and Northern Arizona, Jeralyn Poe will aim for an Olympic berth in the US marathon trials on Saturday.
So proud of @JeralynPoe for continuing her dream. Making LNS and Nebraska proud. One of the best I have ever had the privilege to be a part of.
Gator tough on Saturday!

The 2023 State CC Championship Meet is in the books. The Gator Girls were led by Hope medaling in 8th and Easton medaling in 7th and leading the Boys to 5th place! Not bad for a team only receiving votes in August. Special day for LNS CC. @lnsathletics @runningators

Hard to beat the State CC Meet in Kearney. Seeing old friends, chatting with some special coaches, catching up with LNS alumni, parent support, and having my family there to share a special day.
2 Medalist, a 5th Place Team, and 2 Gator Greats!
