8 years ago today I discovered @parkrunUK when I was visiting my mum and dad and they took me along to @riddlesdparkrun for a muddy Xmas Eve run! A week later I found @pollokparkrun near my own flat and I've been a (fairly) regular ever since! #parkrun #ukrunchat #running
